Situational Analysis

• A record 3.6 million students will apply to college in 2008.  This pool includes 2.5 million students who apply to 3 or more colleges, almost 1 million of whom apply to 6 or more colleges.  These numbers have steadily trended upward and are expected to rise an estimated 10% by 2015.
